Anthony
Everything is good here, had a really good stay for a wedding. The hotel's location is incredibly comfortable, close enough to other attractions, town centre by Park and York outlet shopping. The units are reasonably large and fashionable with a couch. The staff are flexible as well as the owner.

The location was incredibly comfortable - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was flexible and the owner too.

This hotel offers great value for money, with competitive prices. The attention to detail is evident, with rooms cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The location is ideal, situated in a calm residential area just a 10-minute drive away from the bustling center of York. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop only 20 meters from the front door, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The rooms here are great-sized in good condition. This property is in a handy location, very close to Breezy Knees gardens, an amazing pub with the best food, and good public transport into York or the seaside.

The rooms had a quirky layout with two double beds and low ceilings. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious and recently renovated. The owner provided a travel cot and high chair for our baby. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great for a good night's sleep.

Really enjoyable stay, excellent service.
Nice and perfect location close to town center, good for visiting Stockton-on-the-Forest. Also - next to the church, good public transport into York or the seaside and park and ride. Great breakfast with veggie sausages, alternatives such as beans and beans, outstandingly friendly employees.

Lovely Location, enough living space for a couple. Very convienient for York and surrounding area.
Whilst the facilities were good, the actual kitchen equipment that I would have expected to even undertake basic food preparation was severely lacking.

A very homely and comfortable B and B in a quiet village. It was very convenient for York city only 10 minutes away. Breakfast was generous and proprietor was friendly and welcoming.
Not really a complaint-just an observation!-the bed was very creaky-maybe the bolts on the frame needed tightening!
